I started working with Leigh due to feelings of anxiety and overwhelm that I was struggling to manage alongside processing the loss of a loved one. When I first started working with Leigh I was struggling with health anxiety, which was being exacerbated by a very difficult breakup. During our time working together, she first helped me find my feet as I recovered from my relationship breakdown, then helped me understand and work through a lot of the issues underpinning my anxiety. She was compassionate and empathetic towards me, without letting me 'off the hook' for my behaviours and thought patterns that were harming me and those close to me.

When I first came into my counselling sessions with Leigh I was struggling with confidence, setting boundaries and not speaking up for myself.
